Overview
A sports platform, designed from scratch
Sportwey is a sports organization platform that connects players, teams, and leagues. As Chief Designer, I joined at the earliest stage — there was no brand, no product structure, and no design foundation to build on.
I owned the complete design vision: crafting the brand identity from a blank page, defining the product architecture, and establishing a design system that the whole product could be built upon.
This was an end-to-end ownership role — balancing brand strategy, product thinking, and hands-on interface design at every step.
Product architecture
Structuring the product from zero
With no existing structure to build on, I defined the product architecture from scratch — mapping how players, teams and leagues relate and connect — which became the backbone every screen and flow was designed around.

Scope & ownership
One project. Every hat.
Sportwey didn't have the budget for a full team — so the project demanded wearing every hat at once. Not out of choice, but out of necessity. What started as a design role became a full-spectrum ownership experience across disciplines.
